PBC 7th grade team is made up of all 7th graders playing on the transitionary field size of 54' 80'. We practice on 60' 90' to help with the transition but play tournaments on the smaller field to build confidence and have success before jumping right into the big field.
8th Grade
PBC 8th grade team is all 8th graders playing to prepare for high school baseball. This team swings -3 BBCOR bats in games on 60' 90' fields. Elite coaching and a competitive tournament schedule provide PBC players an uppper hand entering high school baseball.
16U Team
Our 16U team is made up of freshman and sophomores and play in local 16U tournaments. Games are played on college fields to provide exposure and gaining confidence playing at that level. A competitive 40+ game schedule will help players get prepared to play varsity baseball along with team practices.
18U Team
PBC 18U team is our flagship team dating back to 2009. The team is made up of college bound players representing some of the best Portland has to offer. The roster includes freshman up to graduating seniors playing in invitation only events in the Northwest like the Curt Daniels and Brandy Pugh Memorials.

Team Tryouts
PBC begins our tryout process in August once your current season is over. We host open tryouts throughout August and our youth team rosters are generally full by September. Our high school teams are invitation only and are generally completed by October. We leave about 3-5 roster spots open per high school team into the spring for new players looking to play at a higher level of coaching and competition.
Tryouts are setup on an individual and small group basis throughout the year. You can sign up for a tryout here.
